What you get when you hire Me?
A substantially lower rate. My services are available at $85* per
hour. Compare this to $100 or more per hour for a "break/fix"
technician from most support companies.
Free Inquiry Support. E-mail or call me with your question and
you'll get fast accurate answers. (Even if your not a customer I'll be
glad to help you. It just doesn't seem right to have to pay just to get a
question answered.) If I don't know the answer I know people who do.
Fast service. I can usually get to your site within one day.
Emergencies receive top priority.
*Time is calculated in 15 minute increments and begins when the customer has been notified
of arrival. Minimum increment is 15 minutes.
Rates apply to normal business hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Rates are
billed at 1.5 times the applicable rate for services performed after hours, on weekends and on
all official Missouri state holidays.
Travel outside of Cole, Osage and Boone counties in Missouri will incur additional travel
charges at the current IRS mileage rate.
